GAIA Converter proposes a full family of state-of-the-art EMI filter modules to fulfill Electromagnetic Interferences (EMI) requirements for Aerospace/Defense applications in a very compact and low loss solution for applications requiring up to 35 amps of input current.
Our EMI Filter modules will help your power supply comply with major standards (MIL-STD-461 rev C, D, E and F – DO-160 rev C, D, E F and G).
All High-Rel filter performances are met across severe environments and operating temperatures of -40°C/+105°C (-55°C also available), and operating and storage temperatures of -55°C/+125°C.
The 100V filter range incorporates an inrush current limiter for the capacitors integrated in the filter. Combined with the “Input Bus Conditioners” modules, they allow the overall architecture of the power supply to respect the current inrush limits imposed by the D0160 and ABD100 standards.
EMI filters allows to protect input bus from high frequency
Ensure compliance with EMC standards DO160,ABD100, MIL-STD461,DefStan 59-411 Part 3, VG 95373-20

The HUGD Series
GAIA Converter Hold-up devices are an alternative solution to the use of batteries or bulk capacitors to negate problems related to momentary input bus drop-outs.
The GAIA Converter HUGD series provides an alternative solution to reduce the amount of capacitance needed by charging the hold-up capacitor at a high voltage value. The device is connected between the input line source bus and DC/DC modules.
Gaia’s Converter Hold Up products provide a state-of-the-art solution to the problem of maintaining electronic system operation during input bus power drop-out.
Store energy to maintain output during input power interruptions
Extend ride-through time
Ensure continuous operation of critical systems
Boost capacitor voltage to reduce drastically the capacitor value
Control capacitor charging current
