PSDG-48 Series – Compact Power Supply for 24V & 28V Systems
The PSDG-48 is a new series of board mounted COTS with 2 or 3 outputs 48W isolated power supply, SWaP-C optimized and low profile, dedicated to 24 & 28Vdc systems, Mil & Aero standard power supply.
GRD DC Input Series – Configurable Power up to 500W
The GRD series is a full family of configurable, military-grade COTS power supplies delivering up to 500W. Each board integrates essential protection and filtering features, including EMI filters, reverse polarity protection, an inrush current limiter, and surge protection. Designed to comply with major military standards such as Mil-STD-1275, Mil-STD-704, Mil-STD-461 the GRD series provides flexibility, robustness, and easy integration into high-demand systems.
GPack Series – Scalable Turnkey Power Subsystems
For higher power requirements, the GPack series offers a turnkey military-grade power solution delivering up to 800W with four configurable outputs per module. Designed for scalability, up to three GPack units can be paralleled to reach a total output power of 2.4kW. This makes it an ideal choice for mission-critical applications that demand robust, high-density, and easily expandable power architectures.

Converter offers ready-to-use, complete power architectures:
PSDG48: Board-mounted 48 W full power architecture. A single component designed to integrate into your own application board and handle the delicate standards-compliance question on its own. Built using Gaia Converter’s design best practices, this power supply is ready for compliance with MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-704,MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, and DO-160 requirements.
GRD-12A: Chassis-mountable 120 W isolated power supply. This configurable power supply is capable of delivering up to four outputs and embeds an EMC filter, reverse-polarity protection, a transient limiter, and a hold-up function. This power supply is ready for compliance with MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, and DO-160 requirements.
GRD-40A: Chassis-mountable 400 W isolated power supply. This power supply comes with one 400 W output or two 200 W isolated channels. It embeds an EMC filter, reverse-polarity protection, and a transient limiter. This power supply is ready for compliance with MIL-STD-1275, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704 requirements.
GRD-50A: Chassis-mountable 500 W isolated power supply. This power supply delivers one 500 W output at 12 Vdc, 15 Vdc, 24 Vdc, 28 Vdc, or 48 Vdc with a +10%/−20% trim function. It embeds an EMC filter, reverse-polarity protection, and a transient limiter. This power supply is ready for compliance with MIL-STD–1275, MIL-STD-461, and MIL-STD-704 requirements.
GPack: Chassis-mountable 800 W isolated power supply. This is a 4 x 200W isolated channels, 800W configurable DC/DC power supply. It embeds an EMC filter, reverse-polarity protection, and a transient limiter. This power supply is ready for compliance with MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704 and DO-160 requirements
