PSDG-48 Series
GRD Series
GPack Series

PSDG-48 Series – Compact Power Supply for 24V & 28V Systems
The PSDG-48 is a new series of board mounted COTS with 2 or 3 outputs 48W isolated power supply, SWaP-C optimized and low profile, dedicated to 24 & 28Vdc systems, Mil & Aero standard power supply.

GRD DC Input Series – Configurable Power up to 400W
The GRD series is a full family of configurable, military-grade COTS power supplies delivering up to 400W. Each board integrates essential protection and filtering features, including EMI filters, reverse polarity protection, an inrush current limiter, and surge protection. Designed to comply with major military standards such as Mil-STD-1275, Mil-STD-704, Mil-STD-461 the GRD series provides flexibility, robustness, and easy integration into high-demand systems.

GPack Series – Scalable Turnkey Power Subsystems
For higher power requirements, the GPack series offers a turnkey military-grade power solution delivering up to 800W with four configurable outputs per module. Designed for scalability, up to three GPack units can be paralleled to reach a total output power of 2.4kW. This makes it an ideal choice for mission-critical applications that demand robust, high-density, and easily expandable power architectures.

GAIA Converter’s power solutions combine reliability, protection, and performance—ensuring optimal operation in the harshest defense and aerospace environments.

AC/DC PFC Module for avionics and military

Designed for Harsh Environments
GAIA Converter’s AC/DC Power Factor Corrected (PFC) modules are purpose-built to support the demanding conditions of avionics and military systems. These modules are fully compliant with key standards including
DO-160, ABD-100, and MIL-STD-704, ensuring reliable performance in airborne platforms with variable frequency AC input buses.

Optimized for Centralized Architectures
Ideal for centralized power distribution, GAIA’s PFC modules are compatible with both
Point-of-Load (PoL) converters and isolated DC/DC modules, offering a flexible front-end solution across a wide range of power architectures.

Advanced Protection Features
Each module integrates critical protection mechanisms such as soft-start, active current limitation, short-circuit protection, and inhibit functionality. These features protect downstream components and enhance system reliability by preventing inrush currents, isolating faults, and ensuring smooth startup sequences.

GAIA Converter’s AC/DC PFC modules deliver compact, efficient, and ruggedized power conversion, meeting the highest expectations for safety, compliance, and performance in aerospace and defense applications.

Gaia PFC Module benefits

Gaia Power Factor Correction module has a wide range of input voltages: 115 Vac 47-440 Hz or 360-800 Hz, and 115/230 Vac 45-65 Hz. Here are the benefits for equipment:

Better Power Quality
The modules help reduce electrical noise and distortion, delivering clean and stable power to sensitive avionics and military equipment.

High Efficiency
With a high power factor, they make better use of available energy—important for systems with limited power resources.

Easy to Integrate
GAIA PFC modules are compact and simple to install, making them quick to set up in different system designs.

Built for Tough Conditions
Designed for harsh environments, they perform reliably in extreme temperatures, vibration, and altitude and chocks.

Long-Term Reliability

High MTBF, Thanks to their strong performance and durability, they help extend system life and simplify certification and maintenance over time.
